Best house in Marlborough for large groups. Ideal for friends or extended families coming to the Wine and Food Festival, Classic Fighters, Grape Ride, weddings. Birthdays ( 60ths seem popular right now) or other events in Marlborough.
Only a 5 minute walk to picturesque Pollard Park Gardens, Blenheim Golf course, the Speight's Ale House, Supermarket.
5 minute drive to town center.
Large open plan lounge / dining area. Very tidy , typical Kiwi home, well stocked with extras that will make your stay memorable.
Beautifully treed, secluded backyard and warm deck area with BBQ. Excellent cricket or volleyball venue.
Solar water heating installed recently.
Good communication gauranteed. We are always prepared to negotiate on arrival times ( can even do pick-ups from the airport in special cases )
